 ** = Premier fee to remain at �5 for the next two years.  This rate will also be applied to Under 17 and 18/ Youths Premier Divisions. 

• Meal allowance to be increased from �17 to �18 for a round trip of 100 miles or over
• The urban travel allowance be increased to �15.90.  For a round trip of 25 miles or more mileage to be 50 cent per mile to be applied after 25 miles.
• That all inter-league schoolboy games in every age category to be the same fee as FAI Youth Inter-League games.
• Where there is a second match at the same venue then the match fee for the second match is the total minimum.  This is regarded as an urban match.
• Cancellations: When a referee travels to a game that is not played due to ground or weather conditions half match fee and full expenses to apply.
