Refs,

Before the start of the season I asked everyone to text me each Monday night to advise me of their availability for the following weekend.

However, not everyone does unfortunately with plenty texting me on Tues and even Wed.

Because I am always short refs I am unable to allocate refs until I get all the texts to see what is the best use of the available refs (plus an odd problem with the website as well can cause delays).

So now I would ask you to change as follows:

I need you to text me now NO LATER THAN SUN NIGHT with your availability or otherwise for the following weekend. I will then allocate refs on the Mon night and if I have TBCs I will offer the games out to the general body of refs outside the CSL panel who to be fair in general will invariably help us out which is very much appreciated.
