I wish to draw your attention to Pages 50/51 of the Rule book. This Rule 5 is a complete new rule and is a result of the hard work put in by our President and the other members of the working group set up by the FAI following on from the outrageous attack on our colleague in the Midlands Branch Daniel Sweeney.
