The new Laws of the Game are coming into force on Friday 1 June 2018, ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™.

A number of Law changes were approved at this year’s Annual General Meeting of the IFAB (3 March 2018) including the most important amendments regulating the use of Video Assistant Referees (VARs), as well as the VAR protocol. A summary of all changes can be found here.
